Summer Glau

 The first time she appeared on TV was as a guest star in the episode in 2002 of Angel. She was the target of director Joss Whedon, who later was cast in his critically acclaimed but short-lived TV show Firefly as River Tam, a role she reprised in the sequel's feature film Serenity. Glau auditioned previously for the Power Ranger role (White Wild Force Ranger, Alyssa Erile) in Power Rangers Wild Force. But, she fell short to Jessica Rey before meeting Whedon. She was Shelly the high school senior, in Sleepover. She also appeared on the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode, "What's Eating Gilbert Grissom?" " the second season of The Unit as Crystal Burns (the girl of Jeremy Erhart). Glau was the paranoid schizophrenia recurrence Tess Doerner in season 2 of The 4400. She became a regular character in season 3 and beyond. Glau also appeared in the horror-comedy film Mammoth. Glau was also a part of ABC Family TV's movie The Initiation of Sarah. Glau played Cameron Phillips in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The series first aired on January 13, 2008. The series' seventh episode, "The Demon Hand" included scenes where Glau (as Cameron) dances ballet. Glau also played Allison Young (Cameron’s human doppelganger ) during the second season episodes, "Allison of Palmdale" and"Born to Run". Glau was also a guest on an episode of The Big Bang Theory, the CBS comedy that focuses on situations.
